If cottage living suits your style, we offer two inviting floor plans: a traditional single-family cottage and duplex-style garden home. Our charming cottages range in size from 1,200 to 1,500 square feet and each includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a patio or optional sunroom.

In each cottage, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, separate dining area (also an eat-in kitchen in the Weatherford), washer and dryer, one- or two-car garage, master bedroom with walk-in closet, personal emergency-alert system, and wiring for cable TV, telephone and high-speed Internet.
