Fee for Service

Springdale at Lucy Corr Village is a fee-for-service Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC). As a resident, this means you have access to a continuum of quality care on site; yet, only pay for services if and when you need them. A fee-for-service arrangement also works particularly well if you have long-term care insurance that will help cover the future cost of care.

In contrast, other types of CCRCs that offer Lifecare or Modified Lifecare plans require residents to pay in advance, in the form of higher entrance fees and monthly fees, to cover the cost of any future assisted living or nursing care services.
