Cottages at Springdale
Available in two styles—traditional single-family and duplex-style garden—cottages at Springdale range in size from 1,200 to 1,500 square feet. Each one includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a patio or optional sunroom.
Within each cottage, you’ll find modern kitchen appliances, a separate dining area (also an eat-in kitchen in the Weatherford), washer/dryer, one- or two-car garage, master bedroom with a walk-in closet, a personal emergency-alert system and wiring for cable TV, telephone and high-speed Internet.
