The Bayberry Apartments for Assisted Living offer an upbeat, friendly atmosphere for residents who need assistance with the activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and medication administration. The Assisted Living program provides three levels of assisted-care services: residential, moderate, and intensive assisted care. Our enthusiastic, caring staff provides daily support and encouragement to help residents achieve the highest level of independence possible.
Designed for comfort and accessibility, there are 48 private studio apartments featuring a sitting area, bedroom, full bathroom, and 24-hour emergency call system. Weekly housekeeping is provided and optional laundry, cable and phone services are available. Amenities include an inviting gathering room and fireplace, outdoor veranda and gardens, computer lab and country kitchen.
Three delicious meals are served each day in the dining room. Residents plan their days to suit their interests and enjoy participating in the community’s extensive social, recreational, and cultural activities. In addition, Lucy Corr Village’s on-site Health Care Center, pharmacy, rehabilitation services, scheduled transportation and other services are always available.
Health Care Center
The Health Care Center at Lucy Corr Village provides a nurturing environment where residents maintain their dignity no matter what level of nursing care they may require. A team of professionals with excellent credentials meets with each resident and family to develop an individual care plan.
Health Care Center residents receive compassionate care and support 24 hours a day from licensed RNs, LPNs, and certified nursing assistants. These skilled professionals promote wellness and self-esteem through programs and structured activities designed to advance residents to their highest physical function.
The licensed 240-bed nursing center is among the honored ten percent of long-term care facilities in the United States to be accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations for meeting standards of excellence.
